strength & Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning sessions are designed to get you fitter, stronger and more mobile, while helping you look better, feel great and build your confidence. This program has a strength component with accessory work to address weakness at the start and conditioning at the end.  KJ's program is constantly varied with a different focus each day.

Our Coaches will cater to suit each person at which ever level of fitness they are at making it suitable for all fitness levels – beginners to advanced.

We look at this as a long-term development with technique and movement being the number one priority.
