Introduction to Powerlifting
Become the strongest version of yourself
Our powerlifting club is one of the fastest growing in the country. Our club members range from complete beginners learning the ropes of the Squat, Bench and Deadlift, to experienced lifters who compete nationally with the Irish Powerlifting Federation. KJ Powerlifting Club is overseen by Head Coach James Higgins, who has a wealth of experience both competing and coaching in the sport. Two of our club members will shortly be representing Ireland in Hungary at the Classic Masters Powerlifting Championship - so rest assured, you are training side by side with the very best.
Your 1st month's membership
Our Introduction to Powerlifting Membership is designed to give you a warm welcome to the club, provide you with a solid foundation of technique and strength, and to prepare you to become a fully fledged member of the KJ competition team.
Your 1st month's Powerlifting Club membership with us includes:
- 1 x Private Introduction to Powerlifting Group Coaching Session every Wednesday at 6pm (Capped at 5 people)
- Any other Powerlifting Club training sessions of your choice each week (Monday at 6.15pm, Tuesday at 6.15pm, Thursday at 6.15pm)
